Agreement

By downloading or using Streeeeamer for iOS, you agree to these terms and to applicable Apple platform terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use media you are authorized to use

You may use the app only with media that you own or are otherwise authorized to access and stream. You are responsible for complying with copyright law, licenses, contracts, and other rights attached to the media.

Streeeeamer does not provide, sell, discover, download, or grant rights to media content. Using the app does not expand rights you already have.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the app to infringe rights, bypass digital rights management or access controls, introduce malicious code, probe or disrupt devices or networks, gain unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

Your devices and local network

You are responsible for the Mac server, iPhone, media folder, network, and connection details you use. Keep the server PIN enabled, use trusted networks, and provide access only to people and devices you trust.

Availability and changes

The app may require a compatible version of iOS, the Streeeeamer Mac app, and a functioning local network. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. Updates may be required for compatibility or security.

Responsibility and legal limits

You are responsible for maintaining backups and for your use of the app. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every file, device, or network.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Ending use

You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. NYRTH may restrict access to future app services or distribution where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material breach of these terms.
